I hope they learn to maybe give feedback in a less overwhelmingly negative way next time at least - and yeah, engage with the story that's there instead of the one they're imagining it ought to be. But at least with the block function it should no longer be my problem. Fingers crossed :) (I don't block often, but I'm glad of the option!) Thank you :)
