OK, for a person who thought they had not done anything creative in 2024, I actually wrote 77,175 words of MDZS fic, produced 8 hours of podfics, and choreographed/performed my first solo dance in an art-form I'd barely been studying for a year.

That might be less than some years, but it's not nothing. I have been (as usual) down on myself for no reason.

Here's hoping (being determined that) 2025 will be better.

Thank you! It's been a year of ill health, with the fibro and the ibs taking away a lot of capacity, so I'm surprised it's as much as it is.

I ended up writing a random 10,000 words of various Mysterious Lotus Casebook fics in the last week of the year and it's made me very happy.

Yeah, I am still like..."what".

And I wrote like...on the bus on my phone which I have never done before. It was about 300 words but that is wild! I don't like writing on the phone much since it is quite fiddly, but whaaaaaaatttt. Here is to hoping it sticks for this year, hehe.

Those are some cool accomplishments.

Me, I never realize how much I've accomplished until I try to catch up someone else on what I've done. I can be feeling "day eaten by locusts" and not notice that I've done 10 other things, because I didn't get to the one I planned -- until my partner asks how the day went and I list stuff. Keeping the year-beginning goal list in my blog and tracking plans in my datebook also help.

Plus this year there is goals_on_dw so that will be good for sharing goal progress.
