Thank you! It's possible that I flew completely off the handle because I am oversensitive to criticism, but I don't think so. We were clearly not understanding each other at any rate, and I was spending far too long trying to figure out what they were saying, why they were saying it and how to reply. Next time I will just delete the reply without responding, I can see now that that would have saved both of us a lot of annoyance :) I am glad though, to know that it doesn't sound too much like I was being unreasonable. That's reassuring! Thank you :)
