Squirrels eating all the medlars off our tree. That one wasn't even bletted, you savage!

ohh you have a medlar tree! that's cool! I tried them once but they're not really a thing where I live

Yes, they're native here, and the little tree is doing really well (I put it in about three years ago.) But every year I think 'this is the year I make medlar jelly!' And then every year I forget to get to them before the squirrels do.
